After collecting your bags, follow signs to exit the terminal. Do not engage with airport greeters inside the terminal, even if they claim to be with Amstar.
Outside the terminal, look for Amstar Representatives in bright blue shirts holding signs. They will check you in and guide you to your vehicle.
Your driver will take you directly to The Finest hotel. If luggage is delayed, have one person notify the representative while the rest of the group boards.

A transfer has also been arranged for March 17, 2026 — moving your family from The Finest hotel to Garza Blanca Resort. You must see the Amstar Representative at your hotel the day after arrival to reconfirm this transfer and obtain your pick-up time and location. Be at your assigned pick-up location at least 15 minutes early. This transfer accommodates up to 10 passengers and is provided by Amstar.

Visit the Amstar representative (blue shirt, Amstar logo) at your hotel the day after arrival, or when notified via Amstar Connect email 72 hours before departure.
If set up for digital communications via Amstar Connect, expect a reminder email the evening before or within 3 hours of scheduled departure, plus a real-time alert when your driver arrives.
Be checked out and at your assigned pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Failure to present yourself may result in a no-show with no reschedule or refund.
In the unlikely event of a flight deviation, call the Amstar office immediately. Changes are generally not allowed within 2–5 hours of your scheduled pick-up time unless your flight is canceled.
If you need any assistance during your stay in Cancun or the Riviera Maya, your local Destination Management team is available around the clock. Contact Amstar at (+52) 998-881-9500, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout your vacation.
