Collect Luggage & Clear Customs
After collecting your bags, follow signs to exit the terminal. Do not engage with airport greeters inside the terminal, even if they claim to be with Amstar.

Find Your Amstar Rep
Outside the terminal, look for Amstar Representatives in bright blue shirts holding signs. They will check you in and guide you to your vehicle.

Board & Go
Your driver will take you directly to The Finest hotel. If luggage is delayed, have one person notify the representative while the rest of the group boards.
Use the Amstar airport map to familiarize yourself in advance: www.amstardmc.com/en/airport-maps/ â select your arrival airport for a map guiding you to Amstar representatives.
Arrival Changes: If your flight deviates, call Amstar immediately at +52 998 881 9500. Changes generally are not allowed within 2â5 hours of scheduled pick-up time unless your flight is canceled. Always ensure your accurate arrival times are on file and reconfirm your transfer 24 hours prior.
Hotel-to-Hotel Transfer
A transfer has also been arranged for March 17, 2026 â moving your family from The Finest hotel to Garza Blanca Resort. You must see the Amstar Representative at your hotel the day after arrival to reconfirm this transfer and obtain your pick-up time and location. Be at your assigned pick-up location at least 15 minutes early. This transfer accommodates up to 10 passengers and is provided by Amstar.
